Consultations

One conversation at a time

A consultation is often the best way to begin. We meet to talk through what you are facing, whether clinically, personally, or both, and decide together what kind of support fits.

An initial consultation is usually how we begin. It gives us both space to meet, to talk about what you are facing, the issues you want to work on, and the hopes you carry into the work. After that conversation, I will share my thoughts on how we might work together.

If it feels right for you, we set up a series of appointments. If a different fit would serve you better, whether a referral, a different format, or a different clinician, I will say so.

What to Expect

A safe, respectful, reflective atmosphere

The therapeutic relationship is the foundation of the work. Sessions are held in confidence and paced to what feels right for you.

1

Safety & trust

A held space where what is difficult can be spoken, validated with compassion, and slowly worked through.

2

Relational depth

The work is collaborative and authentic, with meaningful self-care. Your inner life and our relationship are integrated.

3

Curiosity and clarity

You leave sessions with a clearer sense of what you are facing and what your next step might be.

4

Relational pacing

The work moves at a pace aligned with your heart and what your nervous system allows. There is no script.

Good work is not rushed. It is accompanied.
